The successful radiofrequency (RF) ablation of right septal accessory pathway in 21-year-old symptomatic women is described. The standard protocol of the procedure has been modified due to mechanical block during the maneuvers of ablation catheter. The application of RF energy was delivered in location where the mechanical block occurred. The short and long-term follow-up was uneventful and asymptomatic.
