A case of large congenital pigmented nevus in a newborn is presented. Large skin lesions of high extension of pigmentation and with hair are localized in right upper limb as well as on the trunk and lower limbs. The right forearm, totally covered by lesion, is monstrously changed. There are no other congenital symptoms accompanying the nevus.
