Lately the incidence of mycoses, equallysystemic mycoses increased significantly. Only a fewvaccines, consist inactivated fungal culture against dermatophyte infections are practically arable and allowed for veterinary use. Large morphological and physiological differentiation of fungi, different mechanisms of pathogenesis and uncertain role of humoral immunity in protection against mycoses causing inconvenience to obtain effectiveness antifungal vaccines. Future approaches are leadingto create a new generations of safety antifungal vaccines contains subunits immunogens from fungus, recombinated proteins or "naked DNA". Recombinated fungal proteins used to experimental immunizations are heat shock protein hsp60 from Coccidiodes immitis, antigen WI-1 from Blastomyces dermatitidis, and p55 from Pneumocystis carinii.
